Myles na gCopaleen waspseudonym usedhis journalism by Brian O'Nolan, who also wrote novels undername Flann O'Brien. His short columns forIrish Times, mostlyEnglish but alsoIrish, havemanic imaginativeness that still astonishes readers sixty years later.You can getflavorhis style fromintroduction he wrote toshort-lived magazine "Blather" that he produced while stillstudent at Trinity College, Dublin in1930s:
