Johnston Atoll
Johnston Atoll is a 2.8 sq kilometer atoll in the North Pacific Ocean, about one-third of the way from Hawaii to the Marshall Islands. The atoll has no indigenous inhabitants, though there are an average of 1,100 US military and civilian contractor personnel present.From the CIA World Factbook 2000. Not Wikified.
