Chop

A chop is a cut of meat, (specifically pork, lamb or mutton) that contains a bone, usually a rib.

Chops are normally cooked by grilling, although barbecuing and baking are also common.

---

British comedian Harry Hill uses chops as a kind of currency with which to pay his cheif scientist Dr. Finsbury Park using the memorable catchphrase "Will you the pork, or will you the lamb?".
